The textures are the shadows for the stage, you can notice at the sides you can see some shadows next to the stairs (Cendrillon stage) Mirai uses pre-textured shadows, not shadows like DT and other HD games. (after exported) What does the black texture means on some modules?īlack texture means its a mesh texture part that can be colored in the game. This one I don't know, data might be corrupted or not supported. Why we can't view some models in the viewers but a lot of missing parts in EFE? Why? Remember in the game that lets you changes color for the outfits right? Thats the issue, in the game they used a script to change the color of the module but when export cant match the original texture version for some reason. You know theres an option for textures about "first" and "last" textures right? If you clicked "Last" it will show you how it would look like after you exporting them (some modules), after that you see some meshes doesn't have correct UV but it replaces with some black textures. If you're using 3dsOhana, you will get what I'm talking about here.

(if you are not lazy you can retexture everything lol) But it doesn't work when we export because it is a script INSIDE the file so ended up we only get different texture versions of the stage. Theres a thing called "Fragmented Shaders" It only available in 3DS games and viewer systems, basically it is a script for the stages to have correct textures and UV in game.
